Congratulations to the Moscow JH girls basketball team on their win against Deerfield 33-25. The girls are champions of the Santa Fe Trail League!

Congratulations to the following 5th and 6th graders who completed at Regional Science Fair at SCCC. Allena Snook, Avery Anderson, Mikaelee Kuehler, Sophia Wiggins, Fiona Kleffman, Itavia King and Charleigh Thompson.
Avery Anderson, Mikaelee Kuehler, Itavia King , and Charleigh Thompson will advance to state competition in March.

The JH & HS basketball games scheduled for Tuesday at Rolla are cancelled due to Deerfield not having school tomorrow because of too much sickness. A makeup date will be announced when it's determined.

Moscow schools held their annual Spelling Bee on January 24th at 10 am, filled with excitement and enthusiastic support from the audience. Charleigh Thompson was the Junior Bee Reserve Champion, with Jamison Daniels winning Champion. In the Senior Bee, Khloe Roland claimed Reserve Champion, while Toni Moore became the Champion. It was a day of celebration and achievement for everyone involved!

Wednesday our FFA students completed in extemporaneous speaking at the Southwest district level and LeAnn Teeter got 9th overall in extemporaneous speech.

USD 209 Moscow Schools will have a late start tomorrow, January 21st at 10 am. The all-school spelling bee will be postponed and made up on Friday, January 24th at 10 am.
